About our Gym

We are a 2,500 sq ft hardcore gym located in the heart of Conroe, Texas. Our aim is to provide an environment defined by convenience and dedication. At The Forge, we empower our members to choose the best time to work out. With 24-hour access, every member can come whenever they like, regardless of staffed hours. We also give members control over the gym music, so they can customize their workout experience and feel right at home. Our speaker system operates on a first-come, first-served basis. To maintain the authentic warehouse gym atmosphere, members may open and close the garage door as they please, provided it is done carefully and respectfully.

Why The Forge?

I chose the name “The Forge” because it conveyed the idea that each person could come with raw potential and craft themselves into something great.

The forge is an old school bodybuilding gym reminiscent of the golden age of bodybuilding: yet, it has a fresh paint job with a modern aesthetic.
Opposed to other gyms with copious amounts of cardio equipment, the forge’s primary aspect is strength training and free-weights with a moderate emphasis on cardio equipment.
The Forge is warehouse style gym built for those who like to sweat. Even though the Forge doesn’t have a/c on the gym floor, it does have a designated stretching / yoga area with a/c. Ideal for cooling down after a vigorous workout.

The Forge Gym has an entirely online signup process, which enables people to signup and be granted access immediately, any time of day or night. And this goes for day and week passes as well. Additionally, we offer snacks, protein, and sports drinks for members to purchase without having to interact with an employee. Another perk of the Forge is, its location is in the heart of Conroe. Located right off I45, just north of the south loop, its location is ideal for those heading home from their commute.
