ABOUT OUR GYM

BUILT DIFFERENT. BUILT IN CONROE.

We are a 2,500-square-foot, old-school bodybuilding and strength-training gym located in the heart of Conroe, Texas.

We are conveniently located just off I-45, making us easily accessible for locals and visitors alike. We offer 24-hour access, seven days a week so you can train on your schedule. Members control the music, creating an environment that's motivating and true to our community. Our bay doors open up to fresh air, giving the gym a unique atmosphere that serious lifters appreciate.

A forge is where raw potential is shaped through pressure, heat, and repeated effort.

It's not comfortable.

It's not easy.

But it's where strength is built that lasts.

This is not a place for shortcuts. It's a place for work.

TOOLS FOR SERIOUS WORK

We are a real warehouse gym. The training floor is not air-conditioned. We open the bay doors, move the air and get to work.

It's hot in the summer and cool in the winter. That's part of it.

If you're looking for luxury, this isn't it. If you're here to train, you'll feel right at home.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE PLACE

Josh Rendon, owner and founder of The Forge Gym, beside the dumbbell rack

My name is Josh, and I built The Forge Gym.

Training has been part of my life since 2014, from playing football in high school to becoming a NASM-certified personal trainer and helping others reach their goals over the past five years.

The Forge was created from everything I wanted in a gym: freedom, serious equipment, a raw atmosphere, and a community of people who genuinely care about training.

The Forge isn’t built for everyone.
It’s built for those who are willing to put in the work.

Thanks for being part of what we’re building.

FROM THE PEOPLE WHO TRAIN HERE

“ I actually like how grungy this gym is. Love how it’s dark not a lot of light. Headphones in straight to business kind of gym. I think this gym is for a serious lifter not for just anyone. I left my weight belt here which I need to come back for but solid spot.”
—Jarvis ‍

“This place rules.”

— Thomas ‍ ‍

“Amazing gym, all equipment works amazing, very well priced for day passes and memberships, I wanted to try this gym out when I came home for thanksgiving break and I can honestly say I wish I could use this gym everyday instead of my actual home gym back in Alabama, and they have a self serve area with Protein bars, Pre, Water bottles, and protein shakes… overall amazing gym especially for the price and it’s 24/7, Highly recommend.”
— Austyn
“This gym is the absolute best place to put your head down and get to work. If you're prepping for a show or just want a place to get in the right headspace, this is it. Highly recommend.”
— Joel

“10/10 gym. Highly would recommend.”
